Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
DNS, or Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization is an advanced method of assessing and treating conditions of the muscles, joints, and nervous system. DNS is a treatment, exercise, and rehabilitation method that reprograms the brain to restore posture, stability, and movement throughout the body.
2
Lymphatic Drainage
It’s the clear liquid that surrounds the cells of your body. Except for cartilage, nails, and hair, your entire body is bathed in lymph. You are literally swimming in lymphatic fluid. Treatment is focused explicitly on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid.
If you have chronic pain or illness like Lyme, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, arthritis, insomnia, anxiety, issues of the gut, liver, reproductive system, nervous system, pelvic floor, etc., you will have a lymphatic problem.

BSJ Clinic is the only clinic in India with a practitioner trained from the USA for manual lymphatic drainage. We have both manual and machine-based lymphatic drainage therapy available.
3
Energy Medicine (EM)
Energy Medicine (EM) has been defined as a branch of integrative medicine that studies the science of therapeutic applications of subtle energies. While modern medicine focuses primarily on physiology, the human organism has many aspects that are not physical aspects that generate and absorb massive amounts of information.
EM is the use of known subtle energy fields to therapeutically assess and treat energetic imbalances, bringing the body’s systems (neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal, endocrinal, emotional/psychological, etc.) back to homeostasis.

There are several modalities of EM that interact with the subtle energy of the body. Out of the various modalities available BSJ Clinic offers Applied Kinesiology, Kinergetics, and Eye Modes.
4
Emotional Kinesiology
When dealing with and clearing emotional issues, we need to remember that emotions can and do get trapped in the cells of our bodies. Within Kinesiology we work on the emotions that are relevant to the weak muscle, organ or system which is incredibly beneficial.
5
Nutritional Kinesiology
Through this advanced approach, we can determine the correct food supplements for you – designed to give your body the best possible chance of getting well and staying that way. Nutritional Kinesiology is a study of how the different points on the surface of the body relate to the state of health and to the flow of energy in each and every organ and function of the body.
6
Neurological Rehabilitation
Neurological Rehabilitation (rehab) is a comprehensive program designed for people with diseases, injuries, or disorders of the nervous system. Neurological recovery improves function, prevents complications, eliminates and reduces symptoms, and improves the well-being of the patient. Our SMART strategy makes each rehab program activity-based, comprehensive, relatable, and achievable. The potential of the human body is nurtured and tapped throughout the programs.

We always use evidence-based programs along with advanced modalities like Surface Spinal Stimulation (SSS) and Trans-cranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) as per the requirement.

BSJ Clinic has treated several patients with Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Ataxia, Parkinson’s, and brain Tumour and brain injury.
7
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Therapy
Non-invasive pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy involves physical and emotional methods of strengthening and/or relaxing the muscles of the pelvic floor to help improve core stability and control over urination, bowel movements, and sexual function.
Pelvic floor physical therapy uses a variety of different methods to:
-
Increase pelvic floor muscle control
-
Improve awareness of contraction and relaxation patterns
-
Decrease pain and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction
BSJ Clinic offers Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy in a unique and most effective way. The approach used is non-invasive and painless and hence can be efficiently utilized for males and females without the cultural barrier considering safety, security, and ethics.

Postural Transformations
Posture is the attitude assumed by the body either with support during muscular inactivity, or utilizing the coordinated action of many muscles working to maintain stability or to form an essential basis that is being adapted constantly.

Static /Sedentary/sitting for prolonged hours changes the whole muscular play resulting in undue stress on joints and tissues. Prolonged repetitive load on the structures often changes the posture and results in compensated postures. Various patterns of compensation and the associated Movement Dysfunction limit an individual’s capability in performance and also dramatically increase the risk of, if not guarantee a future injury.

A pattern of compensation is the body’s attempt to make up for the lack of movement in one area by adding a new movement. More specifically, a compensation pattern is a neuromuscular strategy of including a ‘new’ firing sequence (Motor Units and Muscles) and/or utilizing structural reliance (bones, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and joint structures) to supplement or avoid another firing sequence and/or structural reliance.

List of Common Patterns of Compensation and Movement Dysfunctions:
-
Pronation Distortion Syndrome
-
Valgus Knee
-
Patellofemoral Tracking Syndrome
-
Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

Varicose Veins
Varicose veins are twisted, enlarged veins. Any vein that is close to the skin's surface (superficial) can become varicose. Varicose veins most commonly affect the veins in the legs. That's because standing and walking increase the pressure in the veins of the lower body.
For many people, varicose and spider veins — a common, mild variation of varicose veins — are simply a cosmetic concern. For other people, varicose veins can cause aching pain and discomfort. Sometimes varicose veins lead to more serious problems.
BSJ Clinic provides treatment for Varicose Veins through a strategically designed unique approach inclusive of hands-on procedures (painless) and energy medicine.
10
Body Alignment
Improper body alignment limits function, and thus it is a concern of everyone regardless of occupation, activities, environment, body type, sex, or age. To effectively overcome postural problems, therapy must be based on mechanical principles. In the absence of gross pathology, postural alignment is a homeostatic mechanism that can be voluntarily controlled to a significant extent by osseous adjustments, direct and reflex muscle techniques, support when advisable, therapeutic exercise, and kinaesthetic training.

In the medical sciences, body mechanics has often been separated from the physical examination. Because only physiotherapists and Kinesiologists have been educated in biomechanics, and not the physicians.
11
Breath Work
Breathwork is a broad term that encompasses various exercises involving the breath that “facilitate physical, mental and emotional healing. Breathing is part of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which connects involuntary bodily functions to the rest of the body. Breathing also directly affects how much oxygen our cells are getting. For example, when we deepen and slow down the breath from its usual shallow pattern, we allow more oxygen to enter each cell, thus allowing better communication between cells.
Breathwork techniques have been shown to promote both psychological and physical benefits, including:
Increased feelings of comfort, relaxation, pleasantness, vigor, and alertness, and decreased symptoms of arousal, anxiety, depression, anger, and confusion via slow breathing (taking fewer than 10 breaths per minute)

Improved attention, emotional state, and levels of cortisol (a hormone released in response to stress and associated with depression and anxiety) via diaphragmatic, or deep breathing.
Reduced physiological stress and anxiety, especially in older adults, through deep and slow breathing. An improved sleep cycle, social connectedness, and self-esteem, and reduced stress, anxiety, and depression.
BSJ Clinic through a strategically designed unique approach inclusive of hands-on procedures (painless), diaphragm work, energy medicine, and breathing exercises provides this unique and exclusive approach and this helps people with depression, troubled relationships, brain fog, anxiety, anger issues, reproductive issues, women health issues, self-harm concerns, blurred vision, migraine, headaches and various cardiopulmonary and neurological ailments.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain, and side effects of cancer treatment among many others.

CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

The focus of CST is a gentle placement of hands to assist release of the body’s connective tissue, or “fascia.” Fascia (Latin word for “band”) is a covering found throughout the body including organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain, and spinal cord. This covering forms a body-wide connective network. CST is based on the idea that the body is interrelated at all levels. CST is thought to improve the efficiency of biological processes by boosting inherent self-regulation, self-correction, and self-healing. The therapy can be used successfully with children and adults.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that aims to improve health across all body systems by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework. An osteopath will focus on the joints, muscles, and spine. Treatment aims to positively affect the body’s nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.
Manual medicine means that both diagnosis and treatment are carried out with the hands.
